I’m beyond excited to feature this family on my web site! I had so much fun talking, shooting and laughing with this family – they were an absolute joy to photograph. We had the most perfect fall morning and I spent 99% of the time laughing throughout the shoot. I met Tracy in first year of university and I never thought I’d be shooting her beautiful family years later but I was completely honoured to do so. Their daughter Avery is a very talented artist who is also incredibly lovely and sweet. My own daughter was fascinated by the artwork that Avery has produced and wanted to know all about her. And Jake had me in stitches with all his jokes so I saved some of them for my own arsenal. It was also so interesting to hear about how Tracy and Ryan met and how long they’ve been together as a couple. The strong connection between them and their kids is so evident in these photographs and I’m so glad I was able to capture it for them.
