Even though we had to reschedule this session, I think it actually worked in our favour as the combination of sunshine, warmth and colours were the perfect example of a beautiful fall day. I had a great time with Jason, Laurie, Aidan and Zach, documenting another year in their lives. Zach just started kindergarten so we started with some photos at their school before heading to a nearby park for family shots. I loved the photos of Aidan and Zach goofing around for me with silly glasses on but I adore the ones of them, especially the ones of the whole family, in the park with the oak trees and the warm glow surrounding. Although we joked about Jason and Laurie reenacting their engagement session, I always take photos of the parents on their own because I think it’s a nice way to document and celebrate your relationship. And also because this is really your chance to get those couples photos you typically would not get otherwise. Enjoy your photos!
